Installation Guide

Production Process

We start with material selection and digital pattern design, then precision waterjet cutting of each stone piece, followed by hand assembly, color matching, polishing and edge profiling. A final QC inspection and fiberglass backing ensure flatness and crack resistance.

Zero-Damage Packing

Each medallion is wrapped in foam with corner protectors, then crated in a fumigated wooden case with inner bracing to prevent movement during sea or air freight. Clear labeling and photos are provided before shipment.
